ScreenABLE Saturday 2017

Join us for ScreenABLE Saturday – a celebration of wellness for women with disabilities! The event will include accessible mammograms for women with disabilities as well as a health fair designed for this community. The health fair will have a combination of interactive demos and mini-classes like adaptive yoga. There will also be information stations like with manicures, breast self-examination, cookie decorating and many more fun activities! Mammograms will take place on the first floor and the health fair will occur on the second floor of the health center.

This event is sponsored by the Program for Healthcare Justice for People with Disabilities at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Chicago Department of Public Health, UI Health Mile Square Health Center, and the Chicago Cancer Health Equity Collaborative (ChicagoCHEC).
