Help collect specimens for COVID-19 testing

A UIC team is working on a Chicago Department of Public Health grant to collect specimens for COVID-19 testing in homeless shelters and long-term care facilities. This entails going to these locations on a daily basis, throughout the city, and working with a team (nursing/medicine) to collect and bring the specimens for processing.

The project runs through the end of August. But, it will likely extend into the fall. We are accomplishing the work with both faculty summer appointments and graduate hourly workers. Student hourly rate is $26.62/hour.
