Richard Severin is elected IPTA Eastern District House of Delegate Representative

Richard Severin has been elected IPTA Eastern District House of Delegate Representative. Delegates serve as members of the Illinois Delegation to the APTA House of Delegates. They also participate in pre and post House meetings and solicit member input on issues to come before the House of Delegates.
