Susan Magasi is awarded research grant to develop and test an mHealth intervention for cancer survivors with known disabilities

Susan Magasi is mPI on a National Cancer Institute funded project titled, “WeCanManage: An mHealth self-management tool to empower survivors with disabilities due to the long-term effects of cancer and its treatment” to develop and test an mHealth intervention for cancer survivors with known disabilities. The three-year study is part of the Chicago Cancer Health Equity Collaborative grant. The project was approved for a total award (direct costs) of $125,000 per year for three years.
