Brian Porter BSCHE ’98 has 20 years’ experience in project management, has been teaching for more than 12 years, has authored several books and leads courses for UIC’s Extended Campus. On January 19 at 12 p.m. CT he joins us for a jam-packed hour to share his project management expertise. We will walk through the pieces of and processes for project management and discuss important stakeholder roles, so you can implement his strategies at work and home.
