SUMMARY:UI Health + Nataional Kidney Foundation Mobile Free Kidney & Diabetes Screening
DESCRIPTION:About The Screening        (Partnership with University of Illinois College of Medicine)  Two urinalysis tests (checking for protein, blood, white blood cells, ketones, dehydration, etc.), blood glucose (sugar), Hemoglobin A1c on all diabetics or if your blood glucose is elevated, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure, and blood draw (people at risk for kidney disease).  After testing is complete, participants will have the opportunity to meet with a healthcare professional (doctor, nurse practitioner and/or nurse) to review their results.
