Spring 2021 In-Person Graduation Experience

https://commencement.uic.edu/Spring 2020, Summer 2020, Fall 2020, and Spring 2021 graduates are eligible to participate in the in-person graduation experience in the UIC Forum on May 7 – May 9.  Graduates who wish to participate must RSVP via the personalized link sent to their email to select their reservation time.  Each graduate is allowed up to three guests to accompany them.  All degree recipients will be announced as they process across the stage and are greeted by our UIC administration.  Graduates will receive a diploma cover as well.  Graduates are expected to dress professionally, but caps and gowns are not required.  For students who wish to purchase regalia, these items can be purchased in the UIC Bookstore.   Photographs will be taken on stage and as graduates exit the stage.  For more information, please visit the commencement website.

A “livestream” of the In-Person experience will be broadcast May 7 – May 9.  There are four streams broadcasting simultaneously, one for each stage.  Each graduate has a stage assigned which is notated at the bottom of their “GradPass” confirmation email that they received when they reserved their time slot for the In-Person Graduation Experience.
