DESCRIPTION:E.X.I.T.O is a 3-year commitment; year 1 is largely professional development training, and in years 2 & 3 you are working in a Research Learning Community (RLC) to build upon the science and establish yourself as a young researcher, building your network, and preparing to apply for graduate school and/or a career in health research.
