Call for Nominations: 2023 AHS Staff Award of Merit

The UIC Applied Health Sciences Staff Council is soliciting nominations for the 2023 AHS Staff Award of Merit. The AHS Staff Council developed the AHS Staff Award of Merit to recognize and honor excellence in service to our college by academic professional and support staff employees.

We are excited to announce that Dean Carlos Crespo has graciously raised the cash award amount to $750. The winner is nominated for the campus-wide UIC Award of Merit program, which comes with a $2,500 cash award.

The UIC Award of Merit was established to provide a mechanism for the campus leadership to recognize and honor its outstanding Civil Service and Academic Professional employees.

Nominations are due to Claudia Chi at cc47@uic.edu by Monday, May 1, 2023.
