Januszewski presented her work on the value of performance-based assessment for individuals wishing to transition from institutions to the community.<\/p>\n<p>OTD student <strong>Kathryn Duke<\/strong> presented a poster on developing a self-management intervention for those with mental health issues and co-occurring diabetes.
