I am conducting a study to learn more about how people feel about influenza (flu) vaccinations.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this study is to assess whether patients\u2019 perceptions regarding influenza vaccination have changed in light of a global pandemic. The brief survey will ask you to complete some demographic questions and will ask you about your thoughts and feelings about the flu vaccine and COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on this link provided in this email will navigate you to the Qualtrics Online Survey and Questionnaire.
