DCLI features candid video conversations among eleven Chicago-based Deaf and disabled alumni of the 3Arts Residency Fellowships at UIC. The launch of the DCLI stems from work that began six years ago, when 3Arts partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/ahs.uic.edu\/disability-human-development\/community-partners\/bodies-of-work\/\">UIC\u2019s Bodies of Work<\/a> to establish the 3Arts Residency Fellowship. Bodies of Work is directed by <a href=\"https:\/\/ahs.uic.edu\/disability-human-development\/directory\/sandahl-carrie\/\"><strong>Carrie Sandahl<\/strong><\/a>.
