The College of Applied Health Sciences Executive Committee is pleased to remind you of its request for nominations for the 2022 University-level awards.<\/p>\n

(The Staff Award of Merit nomination is a separate process and is directed by the AHS Staff Council.)<\/p>\n Nominations for the university awards are due no later than 5 PM on\u00a0Friday, February 11<\/strong>, to give the AHS Executive Committee members ample time to vote on nominations so that applications may be submitted to campus on March 3, 2022. <\/strong>Nominations for AHS College awards are due no later than 5 pm\u00a0March 1, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n Both types of award nominations (university level and college level) should be sent electronically to Joelle Lantz at\u00a0jclantz@uic.edu<\/a><\/strong>. Some award nominations require as little as a one-two page statement describing the nominee\u2019s qualifications. Self-nominations are encouraged in addition to the nominations of your colleagues.
