Racine<\/p>\n<p>Ceremony Time: 4 pm (Doors open at 3 pm)<\/p>\n<p>Faculty Check-in: Check-in by 3:30 pm<\/p>\n<p>Faculty\/Staff entrance:\u00a0Gate 2 on southeast end of building near parking structure.<\/p>\n<p>Caps &amp; Gowns:\u00a0\u00a0Caps and gowns will be available at the Arena for faculty who preordered them.\u00a0 A limited supply of extra robes will be available. Faculty who preordered regalia should arrive at the Arena early to pick up their gowns.<\/p>\n<p>Parking:\u00a0 Parking will be available at no charge in Lot 1B located across from the UIC Pavilion at 1139 West Harrison Street and in the Harrison Street Parking Structure (HSPS) located at 1100 West Harrison Street just east of the UIC Pavilion.\u00a0 Please refer to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/commencement.uic.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UIC Commencement website<\/a>\u00a0for additional directions.<\/p>\n<p>Reception:\u00a0 There will be no reception following the AHS Commencement ceremony this year.<\/p>\n<p>Accommodations:\u00a0Faculty, staff, and guests requiring accommodations to attend or participate in the ceremony should contact the Credit Union 1 Arena prior to the ceremony day at 312-413-5700. Graduates requiring accommodations can contact Eileen Doran for assistance at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:eileend2@uic.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eileend2@uic.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vaccination and Masking guidelines:\u00a0 For the most up-to-date information on vaccination and masking requirements, please visit the following <a href=\"https:\/\/commencement.uic.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.\u00a0 Currently, masks are required for all participants, staff, and attendees at commencement.<\/p>\n<p>Venue Policies:\u00a0For other venue policies including bag size limit and the use of metal detectors, please refer to the following\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/commencement.uic.edu\/commencement-day\/venue-policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">venue policies link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rehearsal:\u00a0 A rehearsal has been scheduled for Monday, May 2 at 10 am in the Credit Union 1 Arena for faculty and staff who would like a walkthrough of the event prior to the ceremony. There is no rehearsal for graduates.
