This program has more than doubled in size and is a signature program that is offered to members and non-members alike.<\/p>\n<p>Mentoring circles are small groups that provide opportunity for peer-to-peer and mentor-mentee relationships. Circles will be formed based on mutual career or topical interests, with one designated &#8220;mentor&#8221; to facilitate each 4-8 member Circle. The Circles, while having one designated Mentor, tend to operate with a flat organizational structure to foster the dynamic exchange of ideas and advice across members.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting logistics are formed as part of the kick-off event that will be held via <a href=\"https:\/\/northwestern.zoom.us\/j\/94196587221#success\">Zoom<\/a> on June 22nd from 7:00-8:15 CDT.
