College&#8217;s have been asked to re-imagine our involvement at UIC Convocation and are being offered a specific time (from 4pm &#8211; 5pm) for academic college staff, faculty, and leadership to engage with students in a way that meets the needs of your college. We will have a designated table and we would love you to help us manage AHS Trivia, pass out flyers for our <a href=\"https:\/\/ahs.uic.edu\/inside-ahs\/events\/ahs-student-welcome-east-campus\/\">AHS Welcome event<\/a>, and engage with new UIC AHS students.<\/p>\n<p>The full schedule for Convocation is as follows:<br \/>\n4:00pm &#8211; 5:00pm &#8211; Academic College Engagement Fair<br \/>\n4:45pm &#8211; Students and Families transition to Harrison Field<br \/>\n5:00pm &#8211; UIC Class of 2028 Photo<br \/>\n5:30\/5:45pm &#8211; Convocation Remarks (Chancellor, Provost, SA Leadership, Fight Song, Lighting of the Torch)<br \/>\n6:00\/6:15pm &#8211; Food available for all attendees<\/p>\n<p>Email Viviana Kabbabe-Thompson at <a href=\"mailto:vkt@uic.edu\">vkt@uic.edu<\/a> to volunteer at the table.
