Existing live forms and surveys will continue to work as expected until Aug. 15, 2026. Any form or survey that is stopped after Aug. 15, 2024, will not be able to be restarted. <\/span><\/span>Use WebTools to <a href=\"https:\/\/it.uic.edu\/services\/faculty-staff\/software-licensing\/qualtrics\/\">Qualtrics<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/forms\/about\/\">Google Forms<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/\">Microsoft Forms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>UIC Technology Solutions will work with the UIUC Webtools team to transition the <strong>short URL<\/strong> service to a standalone application serving uic.edu.
