We hope your semester is off to a great start.\u00a0 Copied below are a list of important dates and deadlines for the spring 2025 semester.\u00a0 Please reach out to our AHS Student Affairs team with any questions or if we can be of assistance at\u00a0<\/em>ahsinfo@uic.edu<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Spring 2025\u00a0– Important Dates & Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the\u00a0Spring 2025\u00a0(full 16 week) term,\u00a0Friday,\u00a0January 24\u00a0<\/strong>is the\u00a0LAST DAY<\/strong>\u00a0to:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Drop\u00a0an individual course and not receive a “W” for course<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Add\u00a0a course or change sections for term<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Withdraw\u00a0from the university and receive a 100% refund<\/p>\n

– Request the Credit \/ No Credit option for a course for\u00a0spring\u00a0term<\/p>\n

(NOTE: Registration changes will not be possible through the\u00a0my.uic.edu<\/a>\u00a0UI-Integrate Student Self-Service \/ Web for Student system after these dates.)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Students enrolled in the\u00a08 week session<\/strong>\u00a0Parts of Term A&B have earlier deadline dates.\u00a0 Please consult your advisor for specific questions about deadline dates or refer to the following link:<\/p>\n

Friday,\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>January 31:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Last day for students to\u00a0apply for\u00a0Spring 2025 graduation<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Details regarding the spring 2025 commencement ceremonies including registration, guest tickets, etc. will be sent in late February to all students who apply for graduation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Sunday, February 9:<\/strong>\u00a0 Last Day to submit waiver forms or coverage change requests to\u00a0Campus Care Insurance<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Friday, February 14:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Deadline to withdraw from an individual Part of Term A course while registered in other courses.\u00a0 (No tuition adjustment)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

March 3 \u2013 March 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Week 8 of semester marks MIDTERM week<\/p>\n

– End of Part of Term A (online 8 week session)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Monday, March 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Beginning of Part of Term B (online 8 week session)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Time tickets<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0Fall\u00a02025\u00a0registration available through my.UIC portal<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Thursday, March 12:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Midterm grades available for 000 and 100 level courses – unsure<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Friday, March 14:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Last day for students enrolled in\u00a08 week\u00a0Part of Term B course to add\/drop a course<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Friday, March 21:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Last day for undergraduate students to request a\u00a0late course drop<\/a>\u00a0for a\u00a0spring\u00a016 week course<\/p>\n
