Dear health sciences trainee,<\/p>\n
The REACT Team invites you to participate in a research study designed to:<\/p>\n
assess the levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout among health sciences trainees;<\/p>\n
to examine the psychological impact of training-related challenges on trainees’ mental health, coping mechanisms, and resilience;<\/p>\n
and to explore the preparedness of health sciences trainees for crisis response and emergency\/disaster management including their competencies in clinical skills.<\/p>\n
The study consists of filling out a 30-minute online questionnaire. You will not receive compensation for participating in this study.<\/p>\n
You are eligible to participate if you are a health sciences trainee with at least 95 clinical hours completed OR a member of the Outbreak Response Team AND 18 years or older, can read English and can consent to participate in the study.<\/p>\n
