In this five-year, $1.25 million dollar project funded by the National Institute on Disability Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research, the UIC team will develop and disseminate knowledge translation tools built from previous research findings to improve the implementation of the ADA by local governments in U.S. communities and support effective engagement of people with disabilities in advisory committees in public agencies.
