Ask yourself: &#8220;Does this need to be a PDF?&#8221; before creating one. Several <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.uic.edu\/resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cloud-based, enterprise-supported solutions<\/a> are ideal for documents, forms, surveys, and other similar applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you&#8217;re going to create a PDF, run an accessibility check on your PDF using <a href=\"https:\/\/pac.pdf-accessibility.org\/en\">PAC<\/a>, a free PDF accessibility checker for Windows computers. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have found PAC to be significantly more accurate than Adobe Acrobat Pro in identifying accessibility issues in PDFs.
