Scheduled for <strong>Tuesday, May 12, 2026<\/strong>, on the UIC campus, this event will convene high school students from across Illinois to explore the future of food and agriculture through immersive learning and dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The Illinois Youth Institute is more than a conference\u2014it\u2019s a launchpad for the next generation of changemakers.
