A healthcare system designed for equity needs health professionals who bring cultural knowledge, a commitment to antiracism, and a clear understanding of how inequity operates in healthcare and society. Yet many efforts to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the health professions remain siloed and fragmented.<\/p>\n
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is seeking an organization, or consortium of organizations, to serve as a national network weaver\u2014connecting leaders, institutions, professional associations, student groups, advocates, and movement partners across the health professions ecosystem so they can align strategies, strengthen shared narratives, and act together.<\/p>\n
RWJF anticipates one award of up to $2 million over 24 months. Organizations may apply on their own or as part of a consortium led by a single grant holder. The application process begins with a brief Letter of Intent, due September 24.<\/p>\n
