UIC\u2019s Center for Health in Cognitive Aging: Joining Population Science and Health Promotion <\/strong>(CHECA)<\/strong><\/a>, one of the RCMAR centers funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA<\/a>) of NIH, is now accepting letters of intent (LOI) for the 2027-2028 CHECA Scientist Program<\/a>. The CHECA Scientist Program provides pilot funding and tailored mentorship <\/strong>designed to support investigators in the development of a competitive grant proposal to be submitted to the National Institute on Aging.
