AHS is seeking an Associate Dean for Administration<\/strong> to join the Office of the Dean and help lead the college\u2019s financial, administrative and operational strategy. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced higher education administrator who can bring strategic vision, analytical expertise and collaborative leadership to a complex academic environment.<\/p>\n

The Associate Dean for Administration will:
\n\u2022 Advise the dean and college leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
\n\u2022 Lead budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation and financial oversight
\n\u2022 Strengthen administrative policies, processes and best practices across the college
\n\u2022 Provide leadership for HR, IT, facilities, space and other administrative functions
\n\u2022 Oversee the financial operations of AHS\u2019 clinical enterprise in collaboration with college leadership
\n\u2022 Use data and analysis to support decision-making, assessment and continuous improvement<\/p>\n

What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong> A master\u2019s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive higher education administration experience, including management. Experience with clinical financial operations and third-party insurance payments is preferred.<\/p>\n

Full-time, 12-month academic professional appointment
\nBudgeted salary: $165,000\u2013$185,000
