Annette Valenta selected to join the newly formed Health Informatics Certification Commission
Introduction
Annette Valenta has been selected as a member of the newly formed Health Informatics Certification Commission to finalize plans for and oversee the AMIA Health Informatics Certification.
The 14 member Commission will be responsible for eligibility, examination development and recertification requirements. Dr. Valenta is to chair the Recertification subcommittee. Details of the work of this Commission can be found at amia.org/ahic-certification-commission.
