Joy Hammel and Robin Jones a UIC Institute on Policy and Civic Engagement Discourse Award

Joy Hammel and Robin Jones are recipients of a 2020 UIC Institute on Policy and Civic Engagement Discourse Award to hold a series of community forums on participation disparities experienced by people with disabilities in Illinois and identify actions to address them with the Mayors Caucus. The Caucus represents over 270 mayors across Illinois.
