Tamar Heller testifies at Senate Committee on Aging hearing

On October 25, DHD professor and department head Tamar Heller testified at a Senate Committee on Aging hearing titled, “Working and Aging with Disabilities: From School to Retirement.” Heller who is also the director of the Illinois University Center of the Association of University Centers on Disability, shared research and expertise related to people with disabilities and aging, caregivers, and employment.
