Ulani Villanueva receives UIC Honors College grant
Introduction
Nutrition undergraduate student Ulani Villanueva is the recipients of a UIC Honors College grant for her capstone project. Villanueva's project will be on developing the doubly labeled water method to measure total daily energy expenditure. The project is being done in collaboration with the UIC Dept. of Earth and Environmental Sciences. She is an advisee of KN clinical assistant professor Craig Horswill.
