About
Kaitlin Stober is a visiting senior research specialist within the Institute on Disability and Human Development and a team member on multiple research and evaluation projects. Kaitlin currently serves as the Project Coordinator for the 'Model Comprehensive Transition and Post-Secondary Program for Students with Intellectual Disabilities' (TPSID) grant, which funds the UIC Co-Operative Career Experience Certificate program (2020-2025). She is also Project Coordinator for the 'Medical Advocacy Training for Healthcare Professionals' research grant, funded by the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (2019-2021).
She previously worked on a systems impact review of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, a multi-state evaluation of The Arc’s programming on ‘Future Planning for Disability Service Professionals,’ and an examination of Medicaid managed care. Kaitlin’s research interests include community and social inclusion, as well as human rights and advocacy.
