Vaccine Clinics available for students
Introduction
Flu, MMR, and Tdap vaccination clinics will be offered on campus for UIC students.
MMR and TDAP VACCINATION CLINIC:
Enrolled students are required to submit proof of immunity against the following:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Tetanus and Diphtheria (Tdap)
- Meningitis (if under the age of 22)
Vaccine clinics will be offered on campus for the MMR and/or Tdap vaccine. MMR and Tdap vaccines will be available for all students, regardless of insurance status, at the following clinics:
East Campus Clinic
Wednesday, September 23rd

West Campus Clinic
Thursday, September 24th

Please bring your insurance card, insurance information, or CampusCare card with you to the clinic. CampusCare cards can be accessed by clicking on “Print ID Card” on the main CampusCare webpage.
Students with CampusCare in need of meningitis vaccine, should contact the UIC Family Medicine Center to make an appointment.

UI Health Specialty Care Building (SCB) Pharmacy will be hosting its annual flu vaccination clinic for UIC students enrolled in CampusCare. Students can receive their flu vaccine at no cost.

To help streamline check-in, students are encouraged to scan the QR code on the attached flyer to access the consent form, complete it in advance, and bring a printed copy with them to the clinic.
