Download iCal FileThe AHS Commencement rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, May 6 at 3pm. Enter through Gate 2 of the Arena. Faculty, staff, and students with formal roles in the AHS Commencement ceremony are invited to attend the commencement rehearsal. These roles include:
- Platform party members (deans, department heads, etc.)
- Student Commencement speaker
- Alumni speakers
- Banner carriers
- Program marshals
- Silver Circle Award recipient
- Program directors and advisors (if desired)
- Faculty, staff, or graduates participating in the ceremony who wish to view the Arena setup to ensure accommodations are in place.
- Faculty and staff with other assigned roles and/or duties to support the commencement ceremony.
There is no rehearsal for graduating students. Graduates are invited to the Arena one hour before the commencement ceremony to find their seats and ask and any questions they have about the ceremony. Graduates may also reach out to ahsinfo@uic.edu with any questions prior to the ceremony.
