Fit4Life, which is scheduled to take place on April 7th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the UIC Student Recreation Facility (737 S Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60607). This event aims to promote health and wellness among our campus community through various activities, giveaways, and vendor participation. This year our event revolves around inclusive fitness. The event will feature a seated volleyball tournament along with a variety of additional activities centered on inclusive and/or modified physical activity.
The event will be held in a high-traffic area of the recreational center, providing excellent exposure to students and attendees.
