The annual All-Employee EXPO is happening this Thursday! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about UIC department resources, find out about diverse programs, new opportunities, discounts, new events, and join UIC committees and groups.

If you have not already registered for this event, please RSVP for the EXPO by today, Monday, October 6, 2025 and plan to check in upon arrival at Student Center West on October 9, 2025 using a QR code either on your smart phone or show a printed QR code, or bring your icard or check in at registration.

There are two shuttle services for this event. Please feel free to request reciprocal parking to WSPS or take the intercampus shuttle to SCW (Student Center West) if the EXPO shuttle is not available. If you have the UIC app on your smart phone, you can track the EXPO shuttle current position in the route.

Shuttle Service for the EXPO:
EXPO bus will start from Physical Plant building at 10:30am and make the following stops:

PPB (611)
SCE (605)
SSB (655)
MAB (922)
MSHC (929)
SCW (938)

On a continuous run until 2:30pm

West Bound Arrival Shuttle: PPB, SCE, SSB, MAB, MSHC, SCW

East Bound Return Shuttle: SCW, MSHC, MAB, SSB, SCE, PPB

Last return shuttle will leave at SCW 2:00pm and return to PPB by 2:30pm

There is an EXPO shuttle for the UIC School of Law that will make one run only to EXPO (11:00am) and one return from EXPO (1:00pm). Shuttle will be in front of college at 10:45am and leave at 11:00am. Shuttle will arrive at SCW (Polk/Wolcott) at approximately 11:30am. The return shuttle to the UIC School of Law will leave be available at 12:45pm at SCW and leave at 1:00pm to arrive at UIC School of Law at approximately 1:30pm.

Please request prior approval with your supervisor before to attending. This is an approved event for all benefit eligible employees, operations permitting and with prior supervisory approval.
