AHS Transition to Zoom Phone Coming Soon
Introduction
Hello everyone,
As part of our university-wide effort to modernize communications, the College of Applied Health Sciences will be transitioning to Zoom Phone beginning Monday, March 23, 2026. This improvement will allow for greater communication capabilities than the current system while reducing environmental impact.
We are currently working with the department business managers and business admins to help them verify the existing VOIP lines in preparation for the transition. They may reach out to you for more information on your current VoIP line(s). In the meantime, to help you prepare for this change, we are providing self-guided materials that walk you through Zoom Phone's features and functions. These resources are available now so you can review them at your convenience before the transition.
