Ashley Hughes presents paper at EARLI 2017 in Finland
Introduction
BHIS assistant professor Ashley Hughes presented a paper she coauthored titled, "Meta-analysis of training transfer to uncover learning transfer measurement techniques" at the 17th Biennial European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI) Conference in Tampere, Finland.
EARLI is Europe’s premiere conference on training, learning and instruction. This presentation was a part of a multinational symposium with collaborators from Belgium, England, Spain and Germany highlighting various approaches to understanding training transfer.
