Introduction
Beth Marks and Jasmina Sisirak, along with their colleagues, Megan Arbour and Maria Milazzo, recently published Competency-Based Education as a Catalyst for Inclusion - Practical Pathways for Supporting Nursing Students to introduce a framework combining Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT), Universal Design for Learning, and Competency-Based Education, aligned with the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
