David Xavier Marquez leads new publication "Latin Dance Effects on Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Physical Function in Middle-Aged and Older Latino Adults". This study was created with the purpose of testing whether moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity and total physical activity from an 8-month dance trial showed improvements in physical function and cardiorespiratory fitness relative to a health education control group.
