Introduction
Associate professor of DHD, Dr. Nishida, and a graduate student, Myst. Torres, are part of the Disabled Scholars of Color Collective to author a key document for the field of disability studies. The white paper offer crucial information on how disabled scholars of color are treated in the academy, how topics of race are (not) integrated in disability studies scholarships, and what they dream of for disabled scholars and the field of critical race disability studies.
