Eric Swirsky accepted for Academy for Professionalism in Health Care LEEP Fellowship
Introduction
Professor Eric Swirsky has been accepted to the Leadership Excellence in Educating for Professionalism (LEEP) program offered by the Academy for Professionalism in Health Care. The LEEP fellowship is a faculty development program that focuses on core areas of medical professionalism. Eric's fellowship project will include refinement of a practical framework linking moral agency, moral events, moral injury, and moral outcomes to inform the design of a multifaceted intervention package aimed at reducing distress-producing hidden curricula patterns and strengthening learner moral agency.
