BHIS clinical assistant professor Eric Swirsky delivered a keynote address entitled, "Out of Plato's Cave: Attending to Society's Disconnect with Science" at the 2017 Great Lakes Bioinformatics Conference in Chicago, May 15 - 17.

The conference is hosted by International Society for Computational Biology and Great Lakes Bioinformatic Consortium.
