Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide fitness coaching and instruction for F45 group fitness classes. F45 instructors must:
- Maintain a safe exercise environment by adhering to proper safety protocols and guidelines, including proper equipment setup and ensuring participants are exercising within their ability
- Demonstrate and explain exercises
- Motivate and monitor participants by providing feedback and guidance to participants on their technique, progress, and performance
- Stay informed about F45 workouts, current fitness trends, techniques, and research to continually enhance classes and provide participants with the latest and most effective exercise strategies
- Attend monthly F45 instructor meetings
