Funding Opportunity: RWJF Connecting Champions for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the Health Professions
Introduction
A healthcare system designed for equity needs health professionals who bring cultural knowledge, a commitment to antiracism, and a clear understanding of how inequity operates in healthcare and society. Yet many efforts to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the health professions remain siloed and fragmented.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is seeking an organization, or consortium of organizations, to serve as a national network weaver—connecting leaders, institutions, professional associations, student groups, advocates, and movement partners across the health professions ecosystem so they can align strategies, strengthen shared narratives, and act together.
RWJF anticipates one award of up to $2 million over 24 months. Organizations may apply on their own or as part of a consortium led by a single grant holder. The application process begins with a brief Letter of Intent, due September 24.
