Introduction
Do you know how to secure funding for your research line, for your passion projects, or for nonprofit organizations? Join this course to learn how to write funding proposals! You’ll gain experience in understanding what makes a winning proposal, and how to stand out among the competition.
This course is particularly oriented toward graduate students in the arts, humanities, and social sciences, although all are welcome. In addition to federal, state, and foundation proposals, fellowship and scholarship proposal preparation and submission will also be covered. This 3-credit course meets virtually (synchronously) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6.15, and is graded on a Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory basis.
