New framework for understanding teams in healthcare authored by Ashley Hughes
BHIS assistant professor Ashley Hughes is a leading author of a framework created to understand teams within healthcare contexts. This publication, which is forthcoming in the Journal of Patient Safety, is the result of cross disciplinary work with researchers at the Ohio State University, Johns Hopkins, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine.
