New round of AHS Interdisciplinary Pilot Grants
To promote development of new interdisciplinary research projects that have the potential to impact health or quality of life and to attract significant extramural funding, the College of Applied Health Sciences is soliciting applications for its Interdisciplinary Pilot Grant Program. Funds of up to $20,000 per project will be provided for innovative ideas that develop new interdisciplinary partnerships.
For this round of applications, only full-time AHS faculty at the Assistant Professor level are eligible to apply. Proposals from basic, clinical, translational, and community-based researchers are welcomed. The application must identify a new collaborator outside of the home department who brings a different discipline, expertise, or methodology to the project.
Applications are due on November 14, 2019 and funds will be available by January 2, 2020.
