Philip Clifford co-author of newly-released major review of exercise and cardiovascular function
Introduction
The journal Comprehensive Physiology just released a major review of exercise and cardiovascular function co-authored by AHS associate dean for research Philip Clifford along with well known researchers at Wayne State University, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and University of Texas Arlington. The article is entitled "Integration of Central and Peripheral Regulation of the Circulation during Exercise: Acute and Chronic Adaptations.”
