POUND Fitness classes now offered at UIC Rec facilities

AHS's very own, Tyrianna Sorrell, is now teaching POUND Fitness classes at both UIC Rec facilities. All faculty, staff, and students are invited to channel their inner rockstar with this 45-minute full body cardio jam session! POUND incorporates yoga, Pilates, strength, and conditioning all inspired by the energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Wednesday classes will meet at 6:00 pm at the Student Recreation Facility (SRF, East Campus) Multipurpose Suite B (MPS B).
Thursday classes will meet at 5:00 pm at the Sport & Fitness Center (SFC, West Campus) Fitness Room 1.
