Introduction
DHD clinical assistant professor Randall Owen, disability studies doctoral student Caitlin Crabb and Fredrik Langi released a report titled, "An Analysis of Movement from State-Operated Developmental Centers (SODCs): Transitions between January 1, 2013 - June 30, 2016" that identifies trends related to depopulation of SODCs in Illinois.
