REMINDER! Register for Faculty Lab: Accessible Course Design in Action
Introduction
Don't forget to register for the in-person workshop, "Accessible Course Design in Action: A Spring Faculty Lab" on April 3rd, hosted by the Digital Accessibility Services and Engineering (DASE) team and Learning Technology Solutions (LTS).
You must register by March 27th to attend this event. Participants may attend one or more sessions. This event is ideal for UIC faculty who develop or oversee digital course content in Canvas, Blackboard, or other instructional platforms.
This interactive, in-person event features dedicated learning tracks, practical demonstrations, accessibility best practices, and guidance on using Canvas and other instructional tools to support accessible teaching. Faculty will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen course accessibility and prepare for upcoming accessibility requirements.
Free UIC Accessibility t-shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last!
